I didn’t come into this work through trends or templates.
My background spans over two decades in corporate sales and marketing across South Africa, Europe, Asia, and the U.S., working with complex services, long decision cycles, and trust-based relationships. Over time, what mattered most to me wasn’t persuasion—it was clarity.
Clarity reduces friction.
Clarity builds trust.
Clarity helps people decide without pressure.
Today, through my boutique studio, CR & Co., I support care-centred, trauma-aware, and values-led professionals who want their online presence to reflect how they actually work.
How I approach brand and website work
I don’t see brands or websites as marketing assets.
I see them as orientation spaces.
Places that help people understand: what you do, who it’s for, how to take the next step without overwhelm, performance, or pressure.
My role is often one of translation, helping professionals articulate complex, relational work in language and structure that feels true, professional, and easy to engage with.
This work is not about reinvention.
It’s about making visible what’s already there.
CR & Co. is intentionally small and focused.
Each project is a curated experience, with clients receiving my full, undivided attention for the day or week they book. This allows space for clarity, thoughtful decision-making, and work that actually supports real life, not just launch timelines.
There’s no rushing.
No shame.
No “you’re behind.”
Just steady guidance.
Clear thinking.
Practical outcomes.
I work best with professionals whose work is: care-centred, trust-based, nuanced or relational, difficult to summarise in soundbites for potential clients.
This often includes therapists, SEN professionals, neurodivergent-affirming practitioners, educators, consultants, and other service-based professionals who value integrity and clarity over noise.
If your work carries responsibility and your online presence hasn’t caught up, we’ll likely work well together.
Built a family, deepened my relationships, and learned resilience that would shape the rest of my life.

Much of my professional and personal life has been shaped by environments where nuance, regulation, and responsibility matter.
I’m neurodivergent myself and the parent of four neurodivergent children. I’ve spent years navigating care-centred systems, learning firsthand how overwhelming complexity, unclear language, and poorly designed processes can be for already stretched nervous systems.
That experience deeply informs how I work.
I’m attentive to:
- cognitive load
- pacing
- emotional safety
- and the real cost of being unclear online
For professionals whose work involves care, trust, or vulnerability, these things aren’t optional.
